These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Agilix Collective.

Agilix Collective provides Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Project and task management tools
  • Ticketing and service desk systems
  • Team collaboration features
  • Third-party integrations (e.g., communication and productivity tools)
  • Consulting, onboarding, and implementation services (where separately agreed)

We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Platform responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall:

  • Provide lawful and accurate information
  • Use the Platform only for legitimate purposes
  • Respect the rights of third parties

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Disrupt or interfere with the Platform’s performance or integrity
  • Misuse integrations or system resources

We reserve the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination.

7. Data Ownership and License

You retain ownership of all data you upload or create on the Platform.

You grant Agilix Collective a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, process, store, and transmit your data solely for the purpose of:

  • Providing the services
  • Maintaining and improving the Platform

8. Third-Party Services and Integrations

The Platform may include integrations with third-party services.

We are not responsible for:

  • The availability or reliability of such services
  • Their data handling or privacy practices

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

9. Service Availability and SLA Disclaimer

We aim to provide a reliable and high-availability service. However:

  • Service availability may depend on third-party infrastructure
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Maintenance, updates, or unexpected outages may occur

10. Fees and Payments (If Applicable)

Some features or services may require payment.

  • Fees and billing terms will be communicated separately
  • Payments must be made in accordance with agreed terms
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access

11. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • There is suspected misuse or security risk
  • Required by applicable law or authorities

You may terminate your account at any time through the Platform or by contacting us.

12. Data Retention and Deletion

Upon termination:

  • Your data may be deleted or anonymized
  • Certain data may be retained for legal, compliance, or backup purposes for a limited duration

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Agilix Collective shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for data loss, business interruption, or third-party failures
  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the preceding 12 months

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Accuracy or reliability
  • Continuous availability or security

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agilix Collective from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your infringement of any third-party rights

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of:

  • Pakistan
  • The United States (where applicable to infrastructure, operations, or users)

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in the relevant region.

17. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

  • Changes become effective upon posting
  • Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms
